Just some install notes as the kit has basic instructions and refers to the service manual for the balance of info. Also there is no info online on how to do the install(especially the ECU). So here is some install notes for us newbies. Just in case you want to save the 300.00 the dealer charges. Don't believe the dealer that the ECU needs to e remapped. The new ECU in the box is already remapped.

1) Everything comes in the kit. Dual Termis, remapped ECU for increased airflow, and a new Ducati K&N style air filter.
2) The ECU needs to be replaced first. Remove the battery and disconnect the + and _ terminals and the Battery tender hookup. This allows you later to get to the allen screws for the ECU. Remove the rubber battery holder. Keep track of all your screws!
3) Remove the seat- Allen in the passenger seat bottom. Look for two heavy cables toward the rear of the seat. Take out your new ECU and just look at what you will be looking for under the seat. It is not easy to spot.
4)Now here is the tricky part. Look for two small tabs on the top of the ECU connectors(at the ends of the two large cables) . The tabs can be unhooked gently with a screwdriver. Then there is a cam like connector that rotates 90 degrees to push the connector away from the ECU. Once you have them off, push the connectors to the side.
5)Looking at your new ECU look for the top ( now that you located the ECU in the seat.)look for the two holes. Then look for the same holes on the ECU in the seat. You will need your allen wrench again( a bigger one) to remove the two screws. They are hard to get at so manuever from the bottom of the battery compartment and the top of the lower seat compartment to unscrew the tqo long screws. Once the ECU is free, gently remove it and note how it comes out of its postion so you can put the new one in the same way. Use the part number decal as your guide.
6)Screw in the ECU and put the connectors on LOOSELY! DO NOT PUSH IN! IT WILL DAMAGE THE ECU CONNECTOR PINS! Just gently seat the connectors over the ECU. Now remember the cam? Now gently rotate the cam outward to fully seat and connect the ECU cables. Hearing and feeling the click will confirm it is seated properly. Now reassemble everything. You are done here.
7) The directions for the exhausts are pretty straightforward. Follow the directions included. Keep the hardware and the springs from the original exhausts. Don't screw the nuts on back of the exhaust frame to tightly yet until you fit the slipons onto the pipes. Once the cans are seated fully, use the springs to secure the cans and tighten everything up.
8) The Air Filter is last. Just remove the right airduct cover and you can slip out the old and insert the new filter. Make sure it goes through to the other side and is pushed all the way through.
9)Regarding the db killers. Ask yourself why would you want to tame that ferocious sound? When you cannot justify the db kilers, here is how to get them out and throw them out(just kidding- you might need them for inspection some day). DO NOT try to turn the nut inside the exhaust port holding the db killer in. There is actually a hole underneath parallel to the nut. Just insert the allen in the hole and loosen and remove the screw carefully. It can fall out and fall into the exhaust, them you will have a ring along with your termi song.

OMG the sound! you will love it. Also the power. The Carbon Termis are also feel about 5- 8 pounds lighter than the stock cans.

Let me know if anyone is looking for the stock cans and ECU!

ENJOY! I will post pics soon probably in the Show us your streetfighter pics.  mon57
